The area of the real estate on which the university is built is 10618 m2. The buildings are in conformity with the conditions provided by the Law of December 26, 1961 and by the Decree No. 9274 issued on October 5, 1996. They are separated and not linked to any residential, economic or non-university educational purposes or purposes unrelated to higher education.
Their internal division and external architecture are in harmony with the educational curriculum and with the environmental, economic and social characteristics of the entourage in which they are located.
In addition, these buildings meet the necessary technical conditions of health facilities, electricity networks, drinking water, telephone, firefighting means, emergency exits, electricity generators, toilets and waste water streams, all in accordance with the laws of construction and urban planning.
The university campus includes, till this date, eight buildings including administration offices, classrooms, conference rooms, information technology laboratories, a library and a cafeteria in addition to interior design and graphic design workshops. It also includes a sports complex and dormitories as well as six floors for car parking, a private electricity generating station and an environmental building containing a station for waste water and sanitation treatment, generators and a helicopter landing pad.
